2008 – Present

I am responsible for all aspects of BA Productions which is a creative company that specializes in web, application and video content.   Co-Optimus is a video game database and news website used by over 500,000 people a month and over 11 million people since inception.  It was written from scratch by myself in and shows a proficiency for scalable, user friendly and versatile code.  I am responsible for the public communications and public speaking at conferences to increase brand awareness.

  • Every single application I designed and developed is being utilized daily by internal staff for crucial business processes.
  • Developed and external facing communications and information dashboard for real-time statistics and SLA managements.
  • Designed and developed a communications platform that allows clients to received information in the manner that best fits their work styles, email, SMS or voice.  This same system allows for internal communications during critical events.
  • Developed an automated client phone system billing that saved 20 hours and allows for the accurate billing of services used.

Originally hired as a help desk position, I quickly transitioned into a role supporting web based technical documentation and tools for construction equipment.  I was responsible for the transition from Enigma 3C to their V8 Platform for the electronic parts catalog.  Involved in business and technological decisions for the platform.

  • Platform transition and tools saved dozens of hours of manual labor converting documents from one format to another.
