What a difference a year makes! Last January I topped out at over 260 pounds, my heaviest weight by far.
Pay no attention to Jamie’s belly, that wasn’t the result of a few dozen Christmas cookies, but rather Isabella.
Now almost a year later I’ve dropped to 212 pounds. How did I do it? Self control mostly. I made sure to watch my portions, only eat when hungry, and try to eat some healthier stuff. Yes, even I ate fruit and vegetables.
I exercise when I can, and sometimes go running with the dog. I gotta say, I feel a ton better. But I’m not done. On February 21st I’ll turn 30 and my goal is to see the 100’s again. If so, I won’t be off much of my high school graduating weight!
