It’s almost time for Hockey season, and it’s been way to long. Soon the puck will drop, the ice will shine and the crowd will roar. I can almost hear the sweet sound of a slapshot.

For those of you who aren’t hockey fans, you really need to give this beautiful game a chance. Do yourself a favor, sit down and watch 3 or 4 games this year. Give yourself a chance to understand, especially this year.

There’s going to be some exciting rule changes that really open up the game, and should make it faster paced or more high scoring.
